MOBILE THERAPY SERVICES

Our Services
IMPROVING PATIENT LIVES
Northbound Health will provide mobile therapy services to our patients in their home, the community or a clinic setting.
We can treat patients at any stage in their recovery, who may recently be discharged from a hospital, inpatient rehabilitation facility, skilled nursing facility, home health services or an outpatient clinic. Our model allows us to serve patients in their homes and reintegrate back into the community and life with an interdisciplinary team approach. Equipment was specifically chosen to bring a specialized outpatient clinic to the patient with a focus on superior outcomes. Our therapists conduct ongoing research into new methodologies and treatments that could improve the lives of our patients while following best practice for their respective discipline.
